Here's our Awakeri team at the start of the day. It turned out to be a hot sunny morning and then a successful day. Georgia Barraclough did well in the two lengths freestyle, coming fourth.
Taylor Drake won her heat in the one length freestyle. Ari Wilson-Porter won the 2 lengths freestyle and the breast-stroke.
Here's Abbey Coventry, who won the one length freestyle for 9 year olds. Zac Fretwell won his heat as well.
Shannon Mower has excellent technique, starting with a good dive. Here's Shannon with one of her four first place ribbons. She, Ari, Kasey van der Wouden and Jasmine Hope won the senior school relay to end the day very well.
